WHAT CONDITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FARZ?

WHO IS NOT GIVEN ZAKAT?

4) Hz. Relatives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Prophet: It is forbidden to receive alms and charity to the family of the Prophet.

5) Minors and Mentally ill: It is not permissible to give direct Zakah to minors and mental patients. Zakat is delivered to their parents.

Does the tax take place instead of zakat?
