The main topics of the summit will be "Peace, Security and Defense", "Justice and Freedom", "Development and Sovereignty", "Trade and Investment", "Technology and Internet Management", "Culture and Identity" and "Integrity and Good Governance".

In this context, the summit will focus on four objectives: resurrection of Islamic civilization, solutions to the problems of the Muslim world, contributing to the development of Muslim societies, and establishing a network of leaders, intellectuals and thinkers of the Islamic world.

Regional and ethnic issues that closely concern the Islamic world such as Palestine, Syria, Arakan, Kashmir and East Turkestan will also be among the agenda items of the summit.
